We specialise in finance for buy to let and in particular HMOs and our Managing Director, Lisa, is a highly regarded authority on the subject with press, lenders and investors regularly seeking her opinion on the topic. Lisa has also assisted a number of lenders with their HMO valuation methodology.
Unlike many mortgage brokers we are delighted to work with portfolio landlords and company structures. Recent regulatory changes, followed by lender changes, mean many brokers have either stopped working for these types of clients or are out of their depth with lender and regulatory requirements. We have always operated in this sphere and will continue to do so.
We also don’t charge extra if you happen to be obtaining finance for HMOs, multi units, a Limited Company or if you’re a portfolio landlord. In fact we reduce our fees the more mortgages we arrange for you.

We are based in Coventry in the Midlands however our clients are all over the UK. We mostly operate remotely via email, phone, fax, post and via bank level security services in The Cloud.
We run a paperless business and our customers (and the environment!) love it. You have no need to meet us or visit our offices and you can get on with your life and business while we handle everything for you. We pride ourselves on an extremely efficient but very personal service.
Our level of business, and more importantly level of quality business, does not go unnoticed with lenders. We are regularly invited on to lenders panels normally restricted to the largest brokerages or packagers and often asked to consult with heads of lending and underwriting on lending and valuation policy, new products and for our opinions.
